Short Sale Association of America (SSAA) was founded in 2010 as the real estate industry standard for distressed-homeowner assistance. SSAA teaches and trains real estate agents nationwide how to identify and seek out distressed homeowners, show them their rights and options for preventing foreclosure, and empowering them to make the best decision for their financial futures. All services and resources provided by SSAA to homeowners are always free of charge.

SSAA understands that most homeowners facing foreclosure are confused and misinformed regarding their rights and options.
